Personal Retreats are special times created especially for you to rest and relax in a spiritually uplifting and peaceful environment where your day to day needs can be taken care of. They serve as time for you to reconnect with yourself, restore your energy, and/or to receive any help you may need so that you can go back into life with renewed purpose, direction and clarity.

Personal retreats include accommodation and meals, use of the Main House facilities, the Dharma Meditation Room and peaceful gardens & surrounding trails of Halfmoon Bay.

“I stayed at the SevaLight Centre in Halfmoon Bay for 5 nights as part of a personal retreat. I was very exhausted when I arrived feeling quite unsettled. My goal was to rest and deepen my mediation practice. I was able to accomplish both under the loving care of the facility management.

WE OFFER A PEACEFUL PLACE
All retreats include time to rest, walk, meditate / contemplate be in the Silence and enjoy the peaceful gardens. The Centre has group meditation times every morning and evening. We are similar to an ashram in that we also have times to observe the silence, to help nourish our connection to our inner selves. These are after morning meditation until 8:30 am and from 12:45 am until 2:30 pm.

AFTER CHECK-IN: Time for settling in, rest, or to receive healing / counselling, or learn Pure Meditative Peace before joining us for Dinner.
DAY OF DEPARTURE: Check out after breakfast or lunch.
