In addition to the scheduled retreats offered below, we can organize a Personal Retreat catered to suit your own timetable and needs. The Pure Meditation Course is the ultimate Course for today’s world – helping you to find and be your True self; develop greater peace of mind, health and happiness and understanding of yourself and others.
Have you always wanted to learn to meditate? Or perhaps you are using apps and wish to go to a deeper state? Better mange stress and anxiety naturally? Practicing Pure Meditative Peace can help you to develop greater concentration and focus leading to an enhanced ability to be more in charge of how you feel and what you think.
Giving yourself time to enter into the stillness is a wonderful way to help you to recharge your energy as well as to link more deeply to your higher wisdom. Silent Retreat includes two full days, all meals, accommodation, yoga, spiritual discussion and group meditation.
We welcome you as our spiritual family to spend time with us meditating and sharing in the love and stillness of Christmas. A truly spiritual way to celebrate the inner beauty of Christmas. This retreat is held in Silence, giving you precious time to connect with yourself in the peace and stillness of the Centre.
This joyful and uplifting morning includes singing and chanting, inspirational readings, and a special Christmas message from Mata Yoganandaji, a Self Realized Master. Satsanga followed by Pure Meditation at the Dharma Meditation Room at the Self Realization Sevalight Centre. All are lovingly welcome.
A wonderful way to welcome in the New Year in a positive light with time for contemplation, rest and relaxation. Retreat includes two full days, finishing on New Year’s Day. Sharing together in a spiritual way, bringing in the New Year with meditation, Yoga, forest walks, meals together, and a fireside spiritual discussion and reflections on the year past and ahead.
