Easter Celebration Silent Retreat is a spiritual way to celebrate this special time of year, sharing in it’s beautiful energy with others of like mind on a silent retreat.
This 5 week session will provide you with the tools to develop and maintain a regular meditative practice. We will explore various ways to be more present and attuned to yourself and the world around you while remaining in charge and aware. Tools to help you conserve, protect and balance your energy will also be taught. Open to new and experienced meditators.
We lovingly welcome you to join us for our monthly Spiritual Sunday Gatherings. These special times include a group lunch (hearty bowl of soup with bread), spiritual talk/discussion followed by group meditation. Please RSVP at least 3 days in advance where possible. By donation.

This retreat is held in Silence, giving you precious time to connect with yourself in the peace and stillness of the Centre.
This joyful and uplifting morning includes singing and chanting, inspirational readings, and a special Christmas message from Mata Yoganandaji, a Self Realized Master. Satsanga followed by Pure Meditation at the Dharma Meditation Room at the Self Realization Sevalight Centre. All are lovingly welcome.
A wonderful way to welcome in the New Year in a positive light with time for contemplation, rest and relaxation. Retreat includes two full days, finishing on New Year’s Day. Sharing together in a spiritual way, bringing in the New Year with meditation, Yoga, forest walks, meals together, and a fireside spiritual discussion and reflections on the year past and ahead.
