The Centre teaches Transformation Hatha Yoga which is suitable for everyone of all abilities. Focus is on body alignment, posture and the breath; helping us to release stress, find our balance and bring more strength, suppleness and harmony to mind, body & spirit. Each class ends with a relaxation period to help assimilate the many benefits that the practice of this beautiful yoga brings.
